Medical Tourism Questions
Do you choose the hospital or doctor?
No. That decision is yours, usually on your doctor's referral. We can tell you what other clients have found practical about a destination, but never which clinician to see.
Can you handle it if we do not have an appointment yet?
Yes. We can coordinate with the hospital's international office to secure a date, then build the travel around it.
Will insurance cover treatment abroad?
That depends entirely on your policy. We will help you verify cover and arrange additional medical travel insurance where there is a gap.
Can family travel with the patient?
Yes, and they should be planned in from the start — visas, accommodation and leave dates are much easier to arrange together than retrofitted.
Is our situation kept private?
Yes. Medical journeys are handled by a single named contact and details are shared only where the booking requires it.
