Are you a licensed travel agency in Oman?
Yes. Sky Gate Travels operates from Muscat under Omani commercial registration and tourism licensing. Our registration and licence numbers appear on every invoice and quotation.
Are you part of Bayan Group?
No. Sky Gate Travels is an independent travel brand. Bayan Group, Bayan Translation and Bayan Technology are partners we work with, each in their own field.
Do you only serve Omani nationals?
No. A large share of our clients are expatriate residents, and we also handle inbound visitors to Oman and GCC travellers passing through.
Can you handle a trip we have already half-booked?
Often, yes. Send us what is confirmed and what is not. We will tell you honestly whether we can improve it or whether you are better leaving it as is.
Do you publish prices on the website?
Not at the moment. Every journey is quoted for your exact dates, party size and budget tier. Ask on WhatsApp and you will have a written quote with everything listed line by line.
Can you arrange travel into Oman, not just out of it?
Yes. Inbound visit visas, hotels, guides and full itineraries for family, friends and business visitors coming to Oman are a core part of what we do.
