Do you publish prices on the website?
Not at the moment. Every journey is quoted for your exact dates, party size and budget tier, because a family of five in khareef season and a couple in October are not the same trip. Send us your details on WhatsApp and you will have a written quote with everything included listed line by line.
What is actually included in a package?
Return flights or routing advice, accommodation matched to your budget, airport transfers at the destination, a travel insurance quotation, visa handling where a visa is needed, and a free digital destination guide. Anything not listed is not included, and we say so in writing.
Can you handle visas on their own, without a package?
Yes. We prepare and submit visa files for Schengen, the UK, the United States and most destinations we sell, as well as Oman visit and business visas. Certified translation of supporting documents is handled through our partner Bayan Translation.
How quickly do you reply?
During office hours, Sunday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00 Muscat time, usually within the same working day. Urgent travel is handled outside those hours.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. Corporate accounts get agreed rates, a single point of contact and one consolidated invoice, plus support for MICE, delegations and investor visits.
What if my plans change while I am travelling?
Message us. We stay reachable for the whole trip. A cancelled flight, a changed date or a hotel problem becomes our job to solve, not something you sort out alone in a foreign airport.
Do you arrange medical treatment abroad?
We coordinate the travel side of medical journeys, including appointments, hospital coordination, visas and accompanying family members. We are a travel agency, not a medical provider, so treatment decisions stay between you and your doctor.
