Who we are

Sky Gate Travels is a travel agency operating from Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, arranging flights, accommodation, visas, insurance and holiday packages for its clients. These terms govern every booking made with us.

Quotes and bookings

All packages are quoted individually for your dates and party. A quote becomes a booking only when we confirm it in writing and any required deposit is received. Prices are not published on this website and a quote is valid for the period stated on it.

What is included

Each written quote lists exactly what is included and excluded. Anything not listed is not included. Standard exclusions are personal expenses, meals not listed, optional tours and fees payable to visa-issuing authorities.

Visas

We prepare and submit visa applications with professional care, but the decision rests solely with the issuing authority. Rejected applications do not entitle the applicant to a refund of authority fees.

Changes and cancellations

Airline, hotel and operator conditions flow through to your booking. We will always tell you the applicable change and cancellation terms before you confirm. Where suppliers refund us, we pass the refund on, less costs stated up front.

Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and transport, accommodation and service providers. We are liable for the professional handling of your booking; providers remain responsible for the delivery of their own services.
